About Warring States Beads: Warring States Beads refer to glass beads made during the Warring States period in China, which is estimated to be from the 5th to 3rd century BCE, before the unification of China by the Qin dynasty. The earliest Chinese glass, dating back to the 11th to 8th centuries BCE, was excavated in Luoyang, Henan Province. However, it is believed that glass products began to be widely distributed during the Warring States period. Early Warring States beads, also known as faience, were primarily made by decorating ceramic bases with glass patterns. Later, entirely glass beads were also produced.
